During peak launches or sale events please allow an extra 24-48 h.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. Updates may take 4-8 h to appear once the courier scans the label.

6. Delivery Safety

  • Authority to Leave (ATL) is optional at checkout. Selecting ATL waives signature requirements.

  • Multi-item orders may ship in separate cartons to protect the pile height—each box will have its own tracking number.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or freight forwarders at this stage.

7. Damages & Missing Parcels

Inspect packaging on arrival. If your rug arrives damaged or the carton is missing, email support@carppi.co within 48 h with photos and your order number—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

8. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We’re finalising carbon-neutral DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options to over 30 countries. Duties, taxes, and shipping costs will be shown at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.

9. Changes & Cancellations

Email us within 2 hours of placing your order to amend the address or cancel. After that window, the shipment may already be processed and a redirect fee may apply.

10. Sustainability Commitment

All deliveries are 100 % carbon-offset via certified reforestation projects. Our poly-mailers are recyclable; larger cartons are made from 80 % post-consumer paper.
