Minimal shedding is normal in the first week. Our double-lock weave binds each strand between two backings, so loose fibres drop quickly and shedding stops. Vacuum on low suction to speed up the process.

Our faux-rabbit-fur textiles are technically machine-washable on a cold, delicate cycle, but we do not recommend it: high-speed tumbling can leave the pile creased and permanently flatten the luxurious loft you bought them for. Instead, we advise a two-step approach:

• Vacuum with a soft upholstery brush to lift fibres and remove dust.

• spritz the surface with a low-moisture, pH-neutral cleaner specifically formulated for high-pile synthetics. Gently blot with a micro-fibre cloth; allow to air-dry flat.
  

For spills or pet accidents, blot (don’t rub) with a clean towel, then spot-clean with diluted wool-safe detergent. Rinse with cool water, blot again, and let air-dry. Avoid bleach or high-heat dryers.
